All we had to do was show her one egg, and put it in her basket, and she took off finding each egg:) We had a wonderful day Easter.

there was two right next to each other, she picked them both up, it took a minute but she got them.

As her basket got full they started falling out, so she had lots of eggs to pick up.

Atlee loved finding the eggs.

She got one open! Atlee went to town on those jelly beans.

She had a big mouth full of candy:)

I have a Testimony of My Savior Jesus Christ. Every night I would come home with something else I experienced. If it was a Missionary something, or pondering on what that one part was talking about. I am so grateful for everything I have, for the experience of this wonderful show.

I don't think I need to say much more. The pictures show it all. Just look at the light, the spirit he gives off.

I have never done anything like this, every night the Spirit was stronger than the night before.

This is some of my sweet family. They were all so amazing. Each night was spent thinking and talking about the Savior and what he did for each of us.

I Know Crazy Right!?

I just got some fabric for Atlee's New BIG Girl room. She loves hot pink and black. We have been going to some model homes and she hates leaving those hot pink rooms, but about has a heart attack every time she sees anything hot pink and black.

After we got home form the fabric store she would not put down her new
pink drapes, so I tied it around her. Needless to say she LOVED IT.

Atlee really enjoys her flowers... anytime she finds any around she asks me to put them in her hair. Well one day Jetti (Atlee's aunt) was over and Atlee was very giggly she started handing Jetti flower after flower.... so Jetti started clipping them on! My daughter is so silly:) We all ended up with the bad case if the giggles that day.

Daddy's Hats

It's finial, Atlee wants to be just like her dad. She LOVES hats she can spot one from across the room, she gets all excited, and actually wears it for sometime.

I don't get it, I don't. I mean come on I'm the mom, I'm the one who gets her food, and

plays with all day... but no it's dad and his hats that she likes.

It's pretty cute!!

I don't know what it is about daddy's hats, but they are Atlee's favorite.

What the!? Atlee is one? What's going on? I am 21, ok I am almost 22, but still I have been married for two years? and I have a one year old? Me Teresa is growing up I guess.

We had a wonderful time!! We had some family over and a great lunch. Ok so it was more of a party for me, but Atlee had a great time too:) She got lots of presents.

ok not really the only thing we got for her was a new car seat. We ended up just re wrapping some of her Christmas presents she did not really play with at Christmas. We just put them away for a month. She can't get enough of them now!

I had so much fun making the cakes! I know Atlee is one and wont remember any of this, but I need some practice for the birthdays she will remember.

A week before our anniversary I started asking Erik what we where going to do to celebrate our second anniversary. Our first anniversary I had a HUGE baby belly, and Erik had just lost his job, so as you can imagine we did not do much. Well this year was way different. Erik came home from work on Thursday and told me to have mine and Atlee's overnight bags packed. WHAT!? We had just gotten back from a wonderful Christmas vacation in Utah. I had not even unpacked us yet. Well Erik leaves me a message on Friday telling me that the Jensen car service will be arriving at our House at 4:30!! ha ha ha, I know he's silly. Erik shows up, and we drop Atlee off at Jetti's house. We then go to our favorite place to eat Macaroni Grill:) my mouth is watering just writing about it. After dinner we headed to Down Town Phoenix, man that place is amazing there are naked statues of dancers. The whole night Erik keeps telling me how glad he is I grabbed our pillow's cause we are going camping, and he forgot to pack them with all of our camping equipment. What? Camping for our second year anniversary? No No. I mean I love camping and all, and it would be way fun for a anniversary, but not for a surprise. You just can't spring a camping trip without telling a girl. Well don't worry we didn't go camping. We went to the Hyatt instead:) yep amazing husband I know!! We walked into the Hyatt and i looked at him and said "No way, you didn't." He said "nope sorry we are just cutting through ha ha ha, you should see your face." I have to say my heart sank a bit. Erik then says "lets go see if we can't go to the top and get a good view of Phoenix." ha ha ha yes that's right I walked all around the Hyatt lobby holding our pillows! You should have seen some of the looks we got. We get to the top floor and he leads me to a room... our room which was huge. We spent the rest of the evening walked around down town, and then he took me to see Avatar 3D. Which just became my new favorite movie. Oh man I want to be an Avatar!!

What the Crazy Jensen's have been up to

We had a wonderful first Christmas with our little Atlee. We were able to go to Utah with family.
Last year we bought a house, Erik lost his job, and Atlee was born all in the same month. Erik got a job just a few months later. Which means we got to keep the house. Erik is working for VPS it's not his favorite, but it's a job. He is spending his nights studying so he can get back to school for is Masters in Realastate Development. Atlee is going to be one this month. She is such a ball of sunshine. Atlee was crawling at five months, and walking by eight. She is such a go getter! She can always make me laugh, I'm always so excited for her to wake up so we can laugh together. Her favorite animal is a elephant she is always running around the house making the elephant sound. As for me, I am having the time of my life. I get to stay home with Atlee, and I am so baby hungry. It's hard not to be because Atlee is such a good baby. We are talking about trying for another in a couple of months. When Atlee sleeps I spend time reading, and doing crafts.

Its a Girl!

Yeah!! This afternoon we got to see some great pictures of our DAUGHTER! We are so excited to bring this little girl into our home. The due date is February 1, 2009 so we have a little while still, but the last 18 weeks have gone by so fast. Now that we know its a girl Teresa is so ready to go shopping for everything. We already have one outfit for a baby girl that says, "My Daddy Loves Me." I'll be glad to wash it every night so that she can ware is everyday.

"Wii" are spoiled!

So for Mom's birthday we gave her Mario Kart for her Wii. In all of the price shopping and internet searching we decided that we wanted to play it too, but we live 600 miles away! That left us with only a few options. 1) Fly back home every weekend, 2)Make friends with a neighbor that has a Wii and use them for it everyday, or 3) Buy one for ourselves and save travel money and not make our neighbors hate us. We went with door number 3 even though Teresa really wants to fly home every weekend. So now we have a Wii and it is official - "Wii" Are Spoiled!

Magic Mountain!

We made our first trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain over the weekend and are so glad that we bought the season passes! We left early on Friday morning around 5:30am and arrived at the park at 11:30am. They only had the first parking lot open and it wasn't even full yet so we knew that there would be short lines, and boy were we right. Are longest wait wasn't even fifteen minutes, and some rides we walked right on twice. We took a break for lunch but were quickly back on the rides. With no lines we were able to get in a lot of rides and by 8:00pm we were ready to get off our feet.

We left the park and grabbed some burgers on the way to our hotel. The place was your typical $45 a night joint, but we were so tired that it didn't matter too much. The next morning I opened my birthday presents from Teresa and enjoyed the free continental breakfast. They had fresh waffels, cereal, toast, milk and juice. We decided that this was were they spent the majority of our $45.

We hurried to get to the park, but when we saw that our freeway offramp was backup a 1/4 mile our hopes of having short lines again quickly vanished as reality set in. We were able to ride a couple of rides that we had missed on Friday, but then we spent alomst 2 hours in line for Tatsu. We started to question our sanity as our wait in line passed the one hour mark, but as the ride was ending we decided that it was definitly worth the wait.

Knowing that we still had to drive back to Phoenix that night we suffered through the 100 plus degree temperature with no water rides. We just couldn't bring ourselves to get wet for the ride home. Around 3:30pm on Saturday we got back into the car for the next 7 hours, and finally made it home around 11:00pm. We had so much fun and are planning to make another trip as soon as we can.
